This is the worst hotel I am ever stay. Chair lift was free but they didn't mention you have to keep your key cards to avail. It's a 20 minutes hiking and when we reach there he denied to avail this offer. We show them the bookings but he is so arrogant same as the front desk manager. She cancel our room keys exactly on 12pm. We are about to checkout and we are collecting our stuff as we book 2 rooms side by side. Exactly at 12 keys was not working and we waste our time to re activate. We didn't face this kind of un professional behaviour at any 4 or 5 star hotel. They always give margine time. In short never stay in this hotel they are trash in beautiful building.
I am so happy with my decision to stay in this hotel. Hotel location is great, rooms are nice and clean. We booked junior suite with Mountain View, the view from room balcony was beautiful.
Special thanks to Bahar from guest relationship who managed to get our room decorated and arranged a cake for my parents anniversary, it made our stay memorable.

Good 4star Hotel, Rooms are big , beautiful and well maintained. Only issue with restroom where the water flow was very thin. Location was good. They provide free cable car ride. Lot of activities available. Great Stay
We visited the hotel in mid December and unfortunately for us there was no snow so we could not ski. The hotel however is great and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back when we are guaranteed of snow.
